LFCS is seeking a compassionate, professional Case Manager or Social Worker. They will have the opportunity to provide and maintain parenting education and case management services to pregnant and parenting women.
This position may be filled as a Case Manager II or Social Worker I/II, depending upon the qualifications of the selected individual.
DUTIES
Provide effective case management to the client population. Establish and maintain appropriate, current community networks and interactions, in cooperation with program supervisors and staff. Provide consultation and input to leadership for the program as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Case Manager II - Master's Degree in Psychology or Counseling. Two years of experience with Child Welfare and/or Adoptions and Foster Care.
Social Worker I Bachelor of Social Work. Two years of experience with Child Welfare and/or Adoption and Foster Care.
Social Worker II Master of Social Work. Two year of experience with Child Welfare and/or Adoption and Foster Care.
Must be a licensed driver with access to a reliable automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Established social work and case management practices. Computer programs and time management skills. Social work code of ethics. Knowledge of legal processes and procedures; accreditation and licensure standards; therapeutic models and interventions; foster care and adoptive issues. Effective presentation skills. Self-motivated and self-management skills. Ability to function on a team. Effective skills in written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to utilize evidence based parenting curricula. Ability to understand and access community resources.
