Remain up-to-date on all associated Intercountry/Hague guidelines, processes and policies of applicants wishing to adopt internationally. Seek supervision as needed throughout the home study process Provide resources and referrals to home study applicants as needed. Attend training and meetings at the direction of the supervisor. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, Sociology or other related field. Five years of experience in child welfare and adoption fields. Knowledge and Skills: Must have extensive experience and current working knowledge of the state licensing process for foster and adoptive parents, and adoption. Accomplished social work practices, child welfare and parenting skills related to fostering and adopting. Knowledge of therapeutic foster parenting. Knowledge of Children’s Division policies.
